Building a pc and PCPart Picker is saying USB 3.2 Gen 2 to USB 3.2 Gen 1 header adapter needed

First time builder in the UK I'm making a new PC as a large upgrade to my previous one and need a hand understanding a note that is made. It says I need a USB 3.2 Gen 2 to USB 3.2 Gen 1 header adapter and I'm not sure what sort of thing to be buying to resolve the issue. I've read it's something to do with a Type-C connection between my motherboard and my case but I just wanted to check here for any information or suggestions.
