Saying Goodbye to 10+ years of collecting Trophies

Well this sucks, basically I sold my PS4 6 years ago due financially reasons but recently picked up a PS5 as a treat. Tried to reconnect my new system with my old account but due to the 2-step verification (thank you past me), I can't access my account because I no-longer have my old phone and number due to changing providers.

Went to Customer Support to see if they can remove it but with it being so long I no longer have my old system, any emails with my transactions (As I normally delete non-important emails) or my old bank card due to getting a new one and destroying the old one for security reasons.

So without any of these, they can't remove it. So is there any other way for me to recover it or am i screwed and just create a new account?
