ILR SOLE REP VISA

Biometrics: Dec 23,2024. I’m still waiting for my ILR application result. A month ago, my solicitor told me that the case worker was nitpicking the application asking more documents etc which we provided ( last documents requested was submitted end of March) but up until now, no result. What I’m wondering was - MY EVISA Status was updated to Leave to Remain ( no more expiry compared before) and I’m getting married soon in June and we were referred to the home office for investigation due to my expired status but we recently received a mail from them saying - they decided not to investigate.. so we were given a green signal.. all these, points to a positive sign.. but no ILR result, I’m not sure what to make out of it..
