Student Visa Refusal

Hi there,

On May 1, 2025, my second student visa application was refused due to insufficient funds. I had applied for this second visa in January 2025, after completing my previous student visa which ran from 2024 to 2025.

I’m considering appealing the refusal and would like to understand my work rights while the appeal is being processed. Will i have BVA or BVC? as someone appealing a student visa refusal?
