New gpu

Hello everyone!

Recently got scammed on fb marketplace while trying to buy a graphics card to replace my rtx2070. I'm trying to get a used card that can run 1440p well like 60fps+ that's better than my 2070. Id like to get a used 6700xt or an rtx 2080super/ti, but the prices always jump in the last second of the auction! I have a budget of about 180 euros i could spend 200 if it's a really good used one, but i can't find any reasonable used prices. Can anyone help find a good auction or listing?

I can get it from Italy, Germany, or anything nearby with shipping but preferably these 2 countries!

Thank you!!
