Never seen this. Anyone else?

So a moment ago my 3+ sensor (5th day in use) read 73 and with the tracking line heading sharply lower. Doubting its accuracy, a quick blood check showed 107. Less than 5 minutes later, sensor shows 106, but the tracking graph line now shows no such sharp dip. It’s like it never happened.
