Miscarriages after PPE

Has anyone else experienced multiple or one miscarriage since having Postpartum Preeclampsia? Currently experiencing my 2nd miscarriage this year at 10wks. My first pregnancy was uneventful besides polyhydraminos and PPE. I know they say miscarriages are fairly common, but this is such a different TTC journey so I’m wondering if anyone else with a history of preeclampsia has had a similar experience?
