K1 Visa Interview Next Steps - Islamabad

Hi everyone!

My fiancé had her interview at the Islamabad embassy around 2 weeks ago - everything went great, they took her passport and she received verbal approval along with a piece of paper. Since then there’s been no updates on CEAC, it just says Application Received. The US Visa Scheduling portal also indicates the status as created. How long should we wait before reaching out for an update?

The paper they gave said that it usually takes 2 weeks to get the passport back but in rare cases may take longer.
