Hello, I am currently having issues redeeming my gift card through the virtual reward center. The card has been open for 90 days and still has about 20 days until it expires. I have reached out via email multiple times, but there is no chat or call support available. Has anyone else experienced this situation and how did you contact them for assistance? I urgently need to redeem this gift card and am unsure of how to get help from them, as only email communication is available.

When I click to redeem my card, I receive the message: "The reward you are attempting to redeem is currently under review. Please try again later." It has been a week since this message appeared.
