Dragon Ball AF - Toyble vs Young Jijii

Yo guys,

I know Toyble (Toyotaro) wrote Dragon Ball AF until chapter 4 and then he started working on Super Dragon Ball Heroes, what about Youg Jijii? He did HIS manga by himself? I found on internet that his chapters are 28, is it complete? What is the difference between the two mangas?
