SHOW UP. SPEAK OUT. STOP THIS SCAM
COURT HEARING: TUESDAY, MAY 13 – 8:30 AM
 Hennepin County Government Center – Room C759, 300 South 6th Street, Downtown Minneapolis

WHAT’S HAPPENING
The City wants to remove all buses from Nicollet Mall — no vote, no input, just three fake “options,” all eliminating transit.
This wasn’t made by riders, disabled people, or the public.
 It came from wealthy landowners and political insiders who want working people off their street.

THE TRUTH THEY’RE HIDING
11,000+ people use Nicollet Mall buses daily;
Disabled riders will face unsafe, icy detours;
Side streets like 10th & 9th see 35+ mph traffic;
Bus riders are being scapegoated without evidence;
Public was shut out — plans were made in private by private business elites

WHY YOU SHOULD BE OUTRAGED
The City:
Ignored ADA law;
Withheld public data;
Held no real public meetings;
Tried to dismiss our lawsuit without answering for any of it;
This isn’t just bad planning — it’s a coordinated attempt to privatize public space.

FIGHT BACK IN COURT
We’re suing to:
Stop the bus removal;
Expose civil rights violations;
Defend public space;
Demand real public planning

BE THERE. MAKE THE CITY LISTEN.
This is about who belongs in Minneapolis. If we don’t fight back, they’ll keep selling it off. Be there. Show them we’re not going quietly.

Even a small amount of your time makes a huge impact
