Bleeding for a month?

19F I’ve been having a period since April 8th. Not light spotting, actually bleeding. Not excessive where I would have anemia. I’ve been to two OBGYNs who both say it’s likely my birth control. I’ve been on this birth control for 4+ years. It’s nexplanon and I had it replaced last year. I recently started taking zepbound. I have had 4 shots so far (today being the most recent one). I also take a probiotic, pantoprazole, bupropion, aripiprazole, solifenican, and b complex, all once a day. It may just be my birth control but I do have a family history of uterine fibroids. I just want the bleeding to stop.
