Gusto ko na Umalis sa BPO/BPM Industry

Hi everyone I'm 25 (M) and right now I need an advice.

I've been with BPO industry since 2021. Sobrang wala sa plan ko before ang pumasok sa ganitong trabaho. But after I resigned from my previous work as a local restaurant manager sa province namin, dito na ako napunta. I have no choice that time, kase I can't afford to be unemployed for a long time. If you would ask bakit ako nagresign as manager, iit's because I'm sick and I was not allowed to do a lot of pyhsical works or baka lumala lang problema ko sa katawan. So I tried looking for office jobs until napunta ako sa bpo.

Long story short, madami na ako pinagdaanan sa BPO, I've been with 3 different companies. Naging agent, naging Team Leader, naging Auditor and napunta na din sa recruitment and most recent position ko is consultant sa isang in-house company. The pay was good, I'm receiving 65k monthly but unfortunately nag pull-out naman yung client so back to zero ulit.

I'm currently unemployed. Almost 2 months walang work, trying to figure things out. 2 months nang nag aapply sa BPO at kung ano anong trabaho but I always end up rejecting the offers. First, beacause of the offer, and second a big part me is ayaw nang bumalik sa BPO.

I always wanted to go back in teaching since LPT naman ako and I have few experiences na din. I know na ito talaga yung gusto kong gawin in life, pero hindi ko magawa because I have to be practical since I'm undergoing theraphy and medication. Sobrang baba ng sahod ng mga teachers wether it is private, public or in college especially pag kokonti pa experiences or walang item sa DepEd.

Please help me decide kung ano bang gagawin ko in life. Nahihirapan na ako magdesisyon para sa sarili ko, paubos na savings ko and I can't tell my family since mostly sakin din sila umaasa. For the last 2 months hindi nila alam na unemployed na ako since nakakapagbigay pa din ako sa kanila and also they never asked. I'm skipping some of my theraphy sessions na din to lessen my expenses. Ang hirap mabuhay.😭
