Sanity check request: does this proposed setup make sense?

My question is: would this setup make sense?

I'm an AR rep for an appliance company. I already use Notion for a database of my customers as a basic CRM setup. I'd like to add both a basic ticketing database for myself to keep up with all of my customers' MANY issues I have to resolve (that pulls from the CRM), and a task management setup that pulls from both the CRM database and the ticketing database, while also allowing me to add standalone tasks that don't pull from the other DBs.

Would it make sense to put both the CRM and the ticketing DBs on one page, then put the task-management DB on a separate page, linked to the other two DBs?

Maybe I'm running in circles here and overthinking it all; just wanted to request a sanity check. Thank you!
