Extreme hunger

How much do you eat? I’m currently 23 weeks with twin boys and I have since day 1 had this uncontrollably hunger… I feel like I can’t share this with other moms of pregnant people. I eat a LOT and I also gained a lot, and I’m just so scared of doing anything wrong.

Do any of you have any experience with this that you could share with me?
