I purchased his dark spot remover it didn't work for me which he says in his ad that the return is 100%. No questions asked I called up the website number customer service and they told me I went past 90 days this was May 6th 2025 this year they told me 90 days starts when they take your order and the warehouse ships it out so after going on and on for 20 minutes and threatening to report them to the Federal Trade Commission they decide to accept my return but it will be missing $14.99 because they're not paying for the return I will be paying for the return I don't see why I would have to pay to return something that didn't work for me their whole product probably cost $14.99 not happy with them or their product beware of Dr gundry
