Has anyone else had their CC3 refund rejected?

My refund was issued yesterday but was rejected. I contacted my customer service and they responded with the following:

"Upon further review, we found that the refund of 19.99 USD from VEEPSCO*CREATOR CLASH dated 2025-05-07 was declined due to the 'Credit Voucher not allowed' policy. Please be aware that Coinbase does not accept Credit Vouchers as a form of refund.

This situation could arise when the merchant uses a different source of funds to process the refund. We advise you to contact the merchant and verify the source of funds they used, as it may affect the refund process. With this, the merchant should ideally process the refund using the same form of payment that was used from the original transaction. This ensures a smooth and straightforward refund process."

Has anyone else had an issue? I can provide mods any proof they might need to verify but don't want to publicly share my info.
