Cycling to Odesa from Romania

hey! I'm in the finishing stages of cycling the eurovelo 6 and I'm flying home from Chisinau. I'd love to see the danube from the Ukrainian side as well. I guess entering the country wouldn't be an issue (with an EU passport and wartime insurance).

a couple of questions for anyone with first-hand experience:
- is it possible to camp wild? are there curfews in place? if, then does it apply to the countryside?
- are there any trains moving between Izmail and Odesa? I can only find busses. would it be an option to get a bicycle (plus the gear) on a bus if needed?
