Financing a R7?

Hello, im 20 years old and im looking too get my first street bike for the season. I come here to get opinions on what bike I should get and how I should go about. Ive been riding dirt bikes for years and would say i have a intermediate skill level. Ive been interested in street bikes for about a year but havent actually set my sights on one till now. I really want a r7. Reasons being is because i feel there the perfect level of power and use ability for me. Everyone says r3, but i ride dirt bikes as fast as r3s and feel it would be a total waste of money and time. I want a bike and i can use for atleast 2 seasons.

So hears my question. I cant buy a r7 in cash. It would be around the end of the season for me too save around 8 grand for a bike. My initial thought is too finance it but i know people have a lot of strong feelings about that. My thoughts are, i can save up for a 3-5k bike but my options for a sport bike style bikes dwindles. Im looking at newer lower cc bikes in that range or older 600s. I dont want a 600 because i just dont feel im at that level yet. But i also dont want a low cc bike that ill max out on easily.

So what do yall think. Different bike so i dont have too finance, or finance?? Sorry if this is a ramble, im sick af rn.
