Credit Score Not Going Up?

I’ve noticed that despite me paying off all four of my credit cards every month, in full and on time, my score doesn’t change, or sometimes even drops a couple points. Is there anything that would cause this? My utilization is way below 30% on all of my cards, with most being sub 10% each month
