Suggestions for a Will for Ontario cabin?

My wife and I (both 63 y.o., US Citizens; our apologies Canadians) just updated our trusts/wills. We own a small cabin in Ontario and have seen conflicting info about how to incorporate that into our existing estate planning. 3 adult children, one with proximity to enjoy and the others living at some distance. Question: DIY/holographic/online? vs expense/hassle of a formally drafted will in Ontario? Thanks all!
