Homeless Tenting in Sackville

Out of curiosity and concern - with due sympathy for the homeless population itself - what is the current approach and situation concerning the homeless community moving into tents in Sackville Gardens from the council?

A month ago it was 1 tent, it is now 4-5. Does the council intervene at some point? I worry things will go the way they did in the local park near my home. Which is to say a mass influx of campers and a host associated behavioural issues.
