Bandit Extermination and Civilian Logistics Squad

Considering the military is currently at war, the United Gin-Dake Sovereignty has hired a poorly-trained squad of civilians to handle the Bandit Extermination and Civilian Logistics, called the Bandit Extermination and Civilian Logistics Squad shortened to the B.E.C.L Squad (盗賊駆除・民間物流部隊 in kanji), they're being paid well and supplied with military-grade weapons and uniforms, the Military havr been told NOT shoot them, they have a pale blue and white uniform with a blue cap (or blue helmet, if requested), this is not a war action nor supposed to be, but it slightly increases resistance in case of a successora enemy charge.
