UPLB to UPD Cross-registration

Hello everyone! I wanna ask lang what the process is for cross registration. When is the process typically filed? I don't have a major adviser yet to get my free electives approved and I plan on getting a GE and an elective to lighten my regular load. Also, do I have to walk this face to face or no?
