AITA for giving his wife a harsh reality check?

They have borrowed money from me many times and never have enough money to live. It took them two years to pay me back last time. She is constantly buying very expensive furniture, electronics, clothes, shoes, and whatever else and flaunting it on social media. She spends all of his money. Now, they are getting evicted because they cannot pay their rent. They are sitting on probably 10k worth of stuff that they don’t need. She manipulates my whole family into feeling bad for her. He texted me crying about how he doesn’t know what to do. My response: “Start selling all that crap. The princess is going to have to sell her crown.” AITA???
