Is there ever a reason to flash a VBIOS if you're undervolting?
So I have a 3060 MSI Ventus 2X LHR which comes with this bios that has a 100% power limit.

I wanted to see if I could increase the power limit so I flashed it with this Gigabyte Gaming OC LHR with a 124% power limit.

Right now I'm undervolting and overclocking it to around 2032mhz @ 950mv. Before flashing I could get to 2047mhz @975mv before crashing but now I could get it to around the same spot at the same voltage. I'm barely drawing 120w underload and they seem to be performing by a 0.1% difference on cinebench with scores around 8950. What can I do to utilize all of the extra wattage for performance and should I just switch back to the stock bios since nothing really changed? Also, is there any problem with flashing a 3x fan setup to a 2x fan? I'm seeing no errors and I already have my own fan curves. Thanks for reading.
