I'm so tired of always fucking up

I've started to actually feel like a red flag. I know that I'm not but I've really started to feel like it. I recently got into a relationship and today I was hit with a breakup over text. We had been spending time yesterday and I was having a really difficult day. It just ended up getting worse and worse. It got to the point where I was so in my head that I felt paralyzed. I have talked to my psychologist and psychiatrist about this and they have validated that it is a real thing and something that happens to me. My partner was exhausted and felt like I was stalling for time, overstaying my welcome, and furthermore making up an excuse that I couldn't stand. It took me a lot to work through just to sit up on the couch. They had to pull me up to stand. Before I left, I kept apologising, telling them how I felt really badly that I kept them, overstayed, and felt really anxious about it all. They told me that they didn't want to abandon me during crisis and not to be sorry. I went home, slept, texted them, and got hit with the breakup. I guess it highlights how they don't really know me to think that I would pick and choose to cross a boundary and overstay. I'm so upset. I was so stuck. I knew they were exhausted, I felt horrible, I just don't understand how now I'm a red flag and horrible. We texted, they told me they needed space, I apologised again, I think we're on good terms. I'm just hurting so bad. I don't get it. I know they know it wasn't my intention. I'm just so tired of always feeling like I'm fucking up everything. I did all that I could to try and not stall things and try and work through it in my head. It wasn't enough. I'm tired of not being enough. I'm so sad I crossed a boundary without meaning to. I can't catch a break. I just want peace. I'm really depressed.
