8lbs in 6 months?

I’ve been on compounded semaglutide since early November 2024. I have lost 8lbs total, now on 2mg dose per week for the past 3 weeks. I’m 4’11” 154lbs.

Does this just not work for me? Is that a possibility? Anyone got any helpful or hopeful information for me?
