New to VR and need advice

Hey all just got the Meta Quest 3 Headset and was playing the Batman game that came with one of the major Issues was the headache I got from only playing for 20 minutes. What do you guys do to combat that? Is there gear I need to buy to help or just have to get used to it being on my head? Thank you!
