Random vibrations

So I bought a galaxy s25 a couple of days ago, and everything was great until today, when it suddenly started getting those random vibrations literally every other second when I use it. I tried everything with notifications in the settings, I even tried muting the vibrations entirely, turned it off and on and so far nothing helped. Another thing related to this I noticed is when I use tiktok in particular the screen also goes black for a second as it vibrates?

Genuinely please help as I am going mad from these vibrations.
