Advice on Finding a Supportive NP Preceptor in Ontario (Student with ADHD)

Questions/Advice

Hi all,
I’m a post-master’s NP student currently searching for a primary care preceptor in Ontario for my upcoming placement. I’m also formally diagnosed ADHD and thrive best in structured, patient, and slower-paced learning environments.

I know it can be hard to find the right fit, and I’m wondering if anyone here has tips or knows NPs who are open to mentoring students with different learning styles. I’m willing to travel (urban or rural), and I’m open to offering a small thank-you honorarium, pending school approval.

Any advice or leads would be so appreciated. Feel free to DM if easier. Thanks so much!
