Im a 27m and im terrified i have colon cancer

For a couple months now I've been experiencing stomach pain, persistent diarrhea and just recently alot of fatigue. Some slight nausea but that comes and goes and isn't bad. I have diarrhea everyday and just today I noticed a little bright red on my toilet paper. I'm 27 m and I'm a hypochondriac. I'm not looking for an exact diagnosis but maybe some guidance or advice. I'm terrified it might be colon cancer.
