Banned on SA

I was permanently banned from SA yesterday and have no idea why. Any time I’ve tried to create a new account it immediately gets suspended because they could detect it was me. So I tried to create a new one today attempting to hide my IP address, and it seems the real issue is passing the face verification (which is now mandatory to use the site). I was in incognito mode while doing the face verification so I’m wondering if you can only do it with your IP address visible or if there’s another way around this. This is a real issue for me because SA was my primary source of income and survival. I live in Manhattan, which is very expensive. I of course tried to speak to someone but we all know their customer service department is abysmal and useless.
