Should I Stop Tret Before Beach Trip?

I’m going on a weekend trip to San Diego with many activities in the sun planned. I will be wearing and reapplying lots of sunscreen, but should I take a break from tretinoin before or during the trip to help protect my skin? Or should I continue taking it as normal? TIA for any advice.
