Dumpster in our apartment complex was set on fire and damaged my GFs car, turns out the parking lot is owned by the Church of Scientology and they’re basically stonewalling us

So basically, yeah. Wednesday morning we go outside and see that her cars front bumper is so melted, it’s barely hanging on and the headlights are basically melted. Luckily it all seems to be cosmetic as the engine runs just fine but we haven’t really driven it since.

We call the apartment complex and they tell us that they don’t own the parking lot, church of Scientology does (like wtf? Didn’t know that) we call and they give us one word answers that are basically “sorry not our problem”
