Missing BIOS options in Asus Laptop

I have a ASUS ROG Strix SCAR 16 and would like to undervolt my CPU because that whole Intel 13th/14th gen fiasco.

However, when I boot into BIOS, I only seem to have access to a tiny fraction of all the options that users in the tutorials I've seen seem to have.

I do have access to a core voltage offset option, but even that is missing a ton of the settings I've seen tutorials go over.

Long story short: Is there a way for me to access the full BIOS?

Or alternatively, would the core voltage offset setting I do have access to suffice? If so, any recommendations on which value I should set it to?

I'm not exactly experienced with this stuff (In fact, I'm hating every second I'm having to deal with this), so I'd really appreciate the help.
