Would you always choose a CGC 5 over a 3.5 or 4 if close in price?

I'm brand new to collecting, comics and just bought my first two newer graded ones.

But I see big discrepancies with the older ones. So if you see a CGC 5 vs a 3.5 of 4 with what appears to be a better looking cover, would you still go with the 5 if price is not too far apart?
