SSRIs and executive dysfunction

I recently started an SSRI for GAD and I've been on it for a little now but I find that I can't seem to get anything done anymore. I used to leave things last minute and anxiety would kick drive me into hyperfocus near a deadline but with the anxiety reduced, I just can't start things even past the deadline. Same with texting people back, used to be fuelled by guilt and anxiety and now that's gone, so I have piling notifications.

I suspect I have AuDHD but I'm not clinically diagnosed. Is this pointing towards ADHD and has anyone else with ADHD/AuDHD experienced this??
