Palit RTX 5080 or ASUS RTX 5070TI?

Basically I was going to buy a ASUS RTX 5070TI. Was hoping to push it to play 4k in most games. Yet, it's been delayed until Tuesday and at that point I'm reconsidering my options.

Basically, I can see the Palit is £70 more than the ASUS RTX 5070Ti. So I'm just wondering should I just at this point buy the Palit instead?

I'm quite new to buying parts for a build honestly and the different clock speeds etc confuse me. Makes me wonder if a cheaper, slower clock speed 5080 is better than a higher clock speed 5070Ti long term?

So basically I'm asking if the 5080 will still give better performance no matter for the small additional cost albeit it being a different brand (literally nothing else in my build is ASUS or PALIT).
