Having surgery - best streaming service?

Hi. I’m going to have surgery on Tuesday and will be pretty much bed bound for about a month. I don’t have any streaming service (recently became a single mom and finances are tight).

I like light, feel good shows, comedy, that kind of thing.

What streaming service is both awesome and affordable - something that could get me through these tough weeks?
