Independent Building Framers in OBX

Hi Everyone,

I purchased a tiny and I mean tiny beach cottage in Kill Devil Hills. It's 485 sq. ft. and 5 houses in from beach. I am 66 years old and have done an extensive amount of work on the house....it's been a bit exhausting yet worth it. I have interviewed several builders to get an estimate on a 285 sq ft addition on the back of the house. I really need someone to frame out the addition and I can get the rest of the work done. The prices have been insane and I have already had bad experiences with contractors that took advantage. If anyone knows of someone that can frame out my project would appreciate referrals.
