rp loa

this attendance policy is kinda confusing to me so basically it says that u cant hv more than 20% of absences w/o loa and attendance hv to be at least 80% but some ppl say if u hv loa for ur absence u will hv no limit?? so does thr mean absence w loa wont affect attendance percentage?
