I Have Been Called An Intellect And I Don't Know Why

If you guys have seen previous posts i might have shared you that I was born with Aspergers(it is diagnosed since childhood) with hyperthymesia and Now am on the schizophrenia spectrum (my mothers bloodline genetic thing )).

I remember when I was studying elementary i remember teachers calling me a intellect and that I had a crazy talent to learn things faster

I never understood why I was called an intellect But I loved watch infotainments and it always intrigued me

Is it just me or is there anyone that's has same feeling as me

I learnt about twice expectional but is it possible? For a person like me who has hyperthymesia too.

Am I a 2e autistic with hyperthymesia and schizophrenia?.

Is it possible? Are there 2e here that could relate with me?

This is just a discussion i don't want any diagnosis cause I have the diagnosis that I needed.
