Anyone who moved to Spain (Barcelona, Valencia, Málaga) from abroad - How has your experience been?

I’m curious about the experiences of people who moved to Spain (specifically Barcelona, Valencia, or Málaga) from non-Spanish-speaking countries. I’m not talking only about those with remote jobs (since that’s a lucky exception), but people who took on local jobs or even transferred within their company from their home country.

How did you find adjusting to the local culture, work environment, and daily life? Any challenges that stood out to you? If anyone has moved from Switzerland, I’d love to hear how it compares to living in Spain!
