Advice and recommendations for SMP/Postbacc?

Hi everyone, I am looking for some advice for post bacc and smp. I graduated university in Canada (however I am an American citizen) in 2024 with an overall 3.6 gpa. I took some prereqs but missing many science ones (and also have to retake some as I failed orgo and had under a C for some). I had a good upward trend after my first year. I thought my stats were not good enough so I gave up on medicine and switched to public health after I graduated. I’m finishing up my masters in public health but I realized that medicine seems to be a better fit for me.

I don’t have much clinical or shadowing experience (as it is hard to get them in Canada) aside from hospital volunteering. I have experience in leadership (1000+ hours), worked in public health, pharmacy (100-1000 hours). I also have 100+ hours of research experience. I have other experiences not directly related to health care. I haven’t taken the MCAT yet.

I’m open to any programs that have linkages, can help me with the MCAT and prereqs, and have a strong support system. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!
