My girlfriend (NB-16) is trying to break yo with me (NB-16) because just last night she was telling me to get off the game and I told her no and asked why. What do you guys think the best solution is here?

Me and my girlfriend are getting into a bit of a fight about me and my games which she says that I play and try to finish the moment I get them. Now she wants to break up with me because of some reason that I think aren’t really reasons because she was doing the same things as well. Which a reason she said was “you had guests over have some respect” and yet the entire time she was on her phone reading manga and I told her that I was doing the same thing as she was which was being on an electronic while I had her and my brothers friend over. Which they didn’t have any issue over. But now she’s claiming that I’m exhausting and she doesn’t even know why she got back with me or even loves me even tho all week that shes been on her time of the month she’s been starting problems over the smallest things like me talking two minutes to reply to an rp or stuff like my oc replying in a specific way even tho we control them. So i told her that she can’t jsut stomp around on me like a doormat because she’s on hr period. So the entire time she’s been trying to break up with me. I need help with this 😭
