Favorite cosmetic mods?

Lately I’ve been treating it like modded Sims (but unlike modded Sims, bg3 doesn’t break every update lol)

I have a couple of mods already but there’s an itch inside me that’s telling me to keep collecting them So why are y’all’s go to hair, clothes, heads, and/or make up?
