Debate in which is more over-sexualized Dragon Ball and Naruto vs. Bleach and One Piece?

So my buddy and I are arguing about which series (Manga/Anime) is more over-sexualized or inappropriate for kids. I said it's Dragon Ball and Naruto; he said it's Bleach and One Piece. My argument is based on Jiraiya and Master Roshi’s behavior toward women, and that scene where Bulma flashes. His argument is the obvious character designs and overall fan service.
