Oil for cast iron and carbon steel

Hi, what oils do you all use to whip down your skillets after use? I’ve used crisco in the past but would like to find a “healthier” oil to use. Avocado oil or grape seed oil work? Curious what are some of your all’s recs and if there are benefits to any of others.
