Hey fellow Redditors, just wanted to throw myself into the application abyss and ask: what are some of the best medical schools in the US that aren’t just the obvious ones like Johns Hopkins or Harvard? I’m trying to do my research, but every list I see is the same 10 schools over and over. Are there any hidden gems out there that people actually recommend? Also, any tips on how to not lose your mind during the application process? Bonus points if you can tell me how to stand out when you’re just another pre-med with decent grades and some volunteer hours.
